'Death' of the SNEAK PEAK

Dear Friends and Clients:

Something tragic has happened, and happened it has... this spooky time of year, so close to ALL HALLOWS EVE!!! My condolences friends, as I must admit that I have LOST MYSELF.... within my computer- and I must pull away! To do so I must inform you of:

the 'Death' of the SNEAK PEAK!!!!

Now, I am hopefull- as I believe that death isn't final! So down the road, its possible there will be a resurrection of the BLOG SNEAK PEAK (but perhaps not until I hire a personal secretary:-). But for now, bid him adeau, as I MUST cut down on my computer time so I can better balance family, business, dance, non- profit organization.... sanity!!! All those wonderful things!

Thanks for understanding! I know you're always anxious to see your photos after the shoot!- but patience is a VALUABLE virtue to cultivate! And you will be rewarded when you get to see ALL of your fabulous images in your online ordering gallery!!!!

Prelude for Ingrid: Darcy: {Idaho Children's Photographer}

This little sweetie made quite a trip for his mini session, after recently celebrating his 1st birthday! Typical of toddler boys, we had to keep him occupied with things that go! Anything with wheels! It was so fun to meet Darcy, his Mom and Aunt! I look forward to editing the rest of Darcy's images- cute boy!

Fall News

Hey to all friends, family, and FABULOUS clients of NK Photography! Just wanted to give you a fall update! I am booked for location sessions until November, and have a couple of dates available then. Contact me for any of those, or contact me if you are hoping to be fit in and I could notify you of any cancellations! Other than that, I am open for studio sessions- contact me if you would like specifics!!!

This year has been a great one and I feel so blessed to have so much support and so much work! I really appreciate EVERY ONE OF YOU...those who just enjoyed viewing what I post, and those who have enjoyed sessions of their own! THANKYOU THANKYOU!!! I love what I do.... but I am EXCITED for a vacations! I won't be doing much, if any, shooting during the month of December, but will be spending that time with my family.

Just wanted to give everyone an FYI about the CLIENT PROOFING button at the top of this site. Ever wondered what it was? This is my proofing site where all sessions as of August 1st will be posted for your proofing and ordering pleasure. Just click on client proofing, and choose the appropriate category for your session. There you will find ALL of your images for purchase either prints, a high res. disc, or both. Share your link with family and friends too.... so even Grandma and Grandpa can order their favorites! Its totally user friendly- you can even pay through the secure site with your credit card! I then create and fulfill the order for you- so there is NO hassle on your part and you get the BEST prints from a pro lab!!!

Britt and Army Guy Casey: Engagements/ Military

This is my beautiful 'sis' Brittney! We have known eachother for years, and I love her just like a sister. I'm so happy she's found a wonderful guy- she's engaged to 'Army Guy' (according to my son) Casey Brinton. I was able to do some (pre) engagement photos of them so they would have some nice pictures together before he headed of to deployment in Iraq. I'm sure there will be many more gorgeous photos of these beauties when 'Army Guy Casey' comes home from Iraq.

I can't express enough- my thanks to those soldiers who leave their families and loved ones to serve our country. We are forever indebted to them for preserving our freedoms and liberties for this people and this nation. This NATION-  We live in the MOST FREE NATION in the HISTORY of man. We must never forget that.

Bon Voyage to Casey- and safe return Army Guy. We will all be thinking of you... and praying for you!!

NK Photography was featured: {Idaho Wedding Photographer}

Hey everyone! Just had to gush a bit, as I was so pleased to be featured on a new wedding blog, The Idaho Bride Boutique!!!!  Click HERE to see the full post (featured Seth and Keli's July wedding)! Its a brand new site, but I was thankful to be asked, and grateful- as a relatively new photographer- to be posted along with the likes of Kristi Sherriff and other Idaho GREATS!

Also, two weeks from now marks the 1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY of my photography journey! Thats right, the day I dialed up AMAZON and had them send me my trusty NIKON! And-  the month of October also marks the 6 month anniversary of my photography business....   so stay tuned! I will do a SPECIAL POST on the anniversary with some FUN CONTENT...
